Personal data and its use

We take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this data protection declaration.
The use of our website is generally possible without providing personal data. We require personal data in the following cases:

  • when making contact with us

The following data may be collected through the use of the offers:

  • first name, last name
  • email address

This data is provided on a voluntary basis. This data will not be passed on to third parties. Please note that data transmission over the Internet (e.g. email communication) can have security gaps. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is impossible.

Legal basis

If we obtain the consent of the data subject for the processing of personal data, art. 6 para. 1 lit. a EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) serves as the legal basis for the processing of the personal data.

Server log files

Automated protocols (so-called log files) are recorded at our hosting partner, Host Europe. The access data includes the following: name of the accessed website, file, date and time of access, amount of data transferred, notification of successful access, browser type and version, the user’s operating system, referrer URL (the previously visited page), IP address and the requesting provider. This data is logged anonymously. Your IP address will be shortened so that no conclusions can be drawn about you personally.
The anonymised logs are processed exclusively for statistical purposes; they are not compared with other data or passed on to third parties.

Contact form

If you provide us with personal data, the disclosure of this data on your part is expressly voluntary. The data you provide in the contact form will automatically reach us in the form of an email and after processing will be deleted again. We will use this data exclusively to respond to your request.

Cookies

Some of the Internet pages use so-called cookies. Cookies do not cause any damage to your computer and do not contain any viruses. Cookies serve to make our website more user-friendly, effective and secure. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer and saved by your browser.
Most of the cookies we use are so-called “session cookies”. They are automatically deleted at the end of your visit. Other cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. These cookies enable us to recognise your browser the next time you visit our website.
You can set your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and only allow cookies in individual cases, exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or generally, and activate the automatic deletion of cookies when closing the browser. If cookies are deactivated, the functionality of this website may be restricted.

Google Analytics

Our website uses Google Analytics. This is a service for the analysis of accesses to the Internet pages of Google Inc. (“Google”) and enables us to improve our Internet offer. Cookies (see above) enable us to analyse your use of our website. The information collected by means of a cookie (IP address, access time, access duration) is transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. The evaluation of your activities on our website will be transmitted to us in the form of reports. Google may disclose the collected information to third parties where required to do so by law or where such third parties process the information on Google’s behalf. The Google tracking codes of our Internet offer use the function “_anonymizeIp()”, thus IP addresses are only processed further in abbreviated form in order to exclude any possible direct personal reference to you. You can also prevent the installation of cookies by Google Analytics by choosing the corresponding setting in your browser software. In this case, however, you may not be able to use all the functions of our website to their full extent. Google Analytics can also be deactivated and controlled by browser extensions e.g. tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. By using our Internet offer you agree to the processing of the data collected about you by Google.

Use of Google Maps

We use the component “Google Maps” from Google Inc. 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA, hereinafter “Google”, on our website.
Each time you access the Google Maps component, Google sets a cookie to process user settings and data when you view the page that includes the Google Maps component. As a rule, this cookie is not deleted when you close your browser, but expires after a certain period of time, unless you delete it manually beforehand.

If you do not agree to this processing of your data, it is possible to deactivate the “Google Maps” service and thus prevent the transfer of data to Google. To do this, you must deactivate the Java Script function in your browser. However, we would like to point out that in this case you will not be able to use “Google Maps” or only to a limited extent.

The use of “Google Maps” and the information obtained via “Google Maps” is subject to Google’s Terms of Use.

functions (e.g. comment, share, rate). Please also note that the data collected about you in this context will be processed by Facebook Ltd. and, if necessary, transferred to countries outside the European Union. Facebook describes in general terms what information it receives and how it is used in its data usage guidelines. There you will also find information on how to contact Facebook and how to choose advertisement settings. The data usage guidelines can be found via the following link:

Information, correction, deletion, blocking, data transmission, right of revocation

You have the right to free information about your stored personal data, its origin, the recipients thereof and the purpose of the data processing as well as a right to the correction, blocking or deletion of this data at any time. On your request, we can provide you with your stored personal data in a standard format or forward it to another responsible individual.
